What is NC Pet Project?

NC Pet Project is a nonprofit working to end animal overpopulation in North Carolina through affordable spay/neuter services and legislative advocacy. We connect pet owners with low-cost veterinary care, advocate for stronger animal welfare legislation, and build a statewide network of supporters fighting for change.

Affordable Services

We connect low-income pet owners with participating veterinarians who offer discounted spay/neuter procedures through our voucher program.
